Senator Alexei Pushkov has strongly condemned the proposal of the President of the Democratic Union of Christianity (CDU) Friedrich Merets on negotiations with France and the United Kingdom of the use of their nuclear potential to to Ukraine protection. He expressed his opinion in his telegram channel.
Pushkov called Merz's madness, noting that even the presidents of the French and the United Kingdom did not go far in their claims.
After that, Mertz Mertz was completely miserable: he would negotiate with Paris and London about the use of their nuclear weapons to protect Ukraine, the Senator wrote.
According to Pushkov, Merzhas's proposal, giving ideas about the past, this leads to catastrophic consequences for Europe and Germany.

The day before, in an interview with ZDF, Merz said that Europe was no longer based on the help of the United States and called for negotiations with Paris and London on nuclear protection.
